These wonderful bath salts are my go-to choice for muscle pain and tension. I can feel my muscles relaxing as I soak! These are great for mild over-use injuries as well as pain caused by tense muscles. (For severe over-use injuries, please see your doctor.)

These bath salts are a rich source of magnesium, and also contain powdered mustard seed and dry milk. Mustard seed was traditionally used to combat phlem and fluid in the lungs, and mustard baths are seeing a revival as mild detox aids. Patients recovering from pneumonia have reported benefits from using this bath.

Milk is a traditional beauty treatment for soft, clear skin. This bath will leave your skin soft and smooth!

To use, add 1/4-1/2 cup (or less for children) to a warm bath. Soak and enjoy. These bath salts can also be used as a foot soak if you prefer.

Large: over 16 ounces, 4-8 baths
Small: over 8 ounces, 2-4 baths
Tube: 1-2 baths
